The Cross MediaWorks leadership team represents some of the most influential, innovative and inspiring minds that the industry has to offer.  The team is anchored by our executive leadership team of Marc Krigsman and Larry Rubin, representing nearly 50 years of combined industry experience.

Marc Krigsman ~ Chief Executive Officer:

Marc Krigsman, CEO, has been a key player in the multimedia industry for over two decades. With a reputation for strategic thinking, branding, and new economy leadership, he has successfully charted the course for many groundbreaking media ventures guiding networks and media companies through uncharted territory.

Prior to Cross MediaWorks, Krigsman was President and COO of The Networks Group, where he was responsible for managing and creating a suite of next generation cable/satellite networks.  Many of the networks utilized interactivity to directly engage viewers, allowing them to make transactions using their remote.

Before TNG, Krigsman was Executive Vice President and co-founder of Primedia Digital Video with the mission to translate Primedia’s targeted publications into new media, video, broadband and wireless franchises. Krigsman also ran Primedia Productions, a full service multimedia production company. During his tenure at Primedia, Krigsman created a robust television business, Executive Producing over 400 episodes of programming to 12 different networks.

Prior to Primedia, Krigsman held the position of Senior Vice President at FOX Cable Networks. There he launched The Health Network the nation's first cable service targeting healthy living and lifestyles. Krigsman joined News Corporation as the VP Business and Programming Development managing FOX's interest in several of their cable programming services and participating on the development and growth of new services such as Fox Sports Net.

Prior to joining FOX, Krigsman held the lead development position with ESPN/espn2. There, he worked on launching new programming networks and services, and creating specialty programs, including ESPN's first development of non-event specials and mini-series.

Earlier, Krigsman was Director of Programming and Acquisitions/Executive Producer at ABC Video and held production positions at NBC and Cablevision.

Larry Rubin ~ Chief Operations Officer:

Larry Rubin, COO, has over 20 years of M&A and operational experience at the highest levels of the media industry.  Just prior to co-founding Cross MediaWorks, Mr. Rubin was Executive Vice President, Business Affairs for Turner Media Group, where he was responsible for acquisitions, partnerships, strategic initiatives and day-to-day oversight of various aspects of the programming and ad sales businesses.  Prior to joining Turner Media, among other positions, Mr. Rubin was Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Planning for USA Networks and Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Transactions for Viacom.  Mr. Rubin spent the majority of his private practice career with the NYC office of Shearman & Sterling.
