

| Cross MediaWorks appoints Van Mylar as Vice President, Charitable Groups Media |

For Immediate Release NEW YORK, March 9th, 2010 – National multi-platform media firm Cross MediaWorks (www.cross-mediaworks.com) has appointed Van Mylar vice president, Charitable Groups Media division. Based in Atlanta, Mylar will report to Cross MediaWorks CEO Marc Krigsman and COO Larry Rubin. Mylar brings more than 20 years of experience to the position and has working relationships with six of the United States’ top 50 non-profits. In this role, he will focus on the humanitarian segment within the media industry and continue working with non-profit groups. Prior to joining Cross MediaWorks, Mylar was senior vice president of National Distribution and Marketing, Family Network Television.
